The site publishes Markdown (.md) first so specs stay citable and crawlable. Word (.docx) ships with an inquiry or tender pack—we do not post empty DOCX links. PDF-only is not the sole deliverable.
Format policy: MD is the public citable source. DOCX is for tender paste and seals, issued on inquiry. Word files that are not in the repo do not appear here.
