1. Personal information we process and why

When you submit an inquiry via the Contact form (or a mini program, if enabled), we may process: name, email, phone, organization, product of interest, requirements, and files you voluntarily upload (e.g. datasheets or tender packs).

Purposes are limited to sales follow-up, technical discussion, and contract-related communication. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising profiles. Attachments are used only to handle that inquiry.

We operate first-party, same-origin analytics (not third-party ad/analytics pixels): path, referrer, User-Agent, IP, and coarse geo from an offline database (country/region/city/ISP) for security, troubleshooting, operations quality, and inquiry response—not merged into marketing profiles and not sold.

A random visitor id (sid) may be stored in sessionStorage for unique-visitor counts only; it is not cross-site advertising tracking.

2. Legal bases (PIPL)

Under China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), we primarily rely on:

• Necessity to enter into or perform a contract: responding to product inquiries, quotations, and cooperation intent;
• Consent: submitting the form indicates consent to processing as described here; you may withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing);
• Where required to meet legal obligations or handle cybersecurity incidents, we may retain or disclose log data to competent authorities on a minimal basis.

3. Retention

Inquiry records are stored on the deployment server (JSON Lines) for up to 24 months from the last follow-up or submission, then deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law or tied to an open contract/dispute.

First-party analytics and access logs are typically rotated within 90 days (extendable during security investigations; retention may be configured by operators).

4. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request regarding inquiry-related personal information:

• Access and copy;
• Correction and supplementation;
• Deletion (where statutory conditions are met);
• Withdrawal of consent;
• Restriction or objection to processing inconsistent with inquiry purposes (this site does not run automated profiling for decisions).

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party analytics/ad pixels (e.g. Google Analytics).

Viewing static pages generally does not require tracking cookies. Strictly necessary technical identifiers used by the browser, CDN, or security stack—if any—are only for delivery, security, and integrity, not marketing.

First-party analytics uses minimal same-origin beacons to `/api/pv` (page views, visibility-aware active time, scroll depth ratio); no external analytics scripts are loaded.

Fonts are self-hosted on this origin (/fonts/). We do not load Google Fonts or other overseas font CDNs, so font requests do not send your IP to foreign font providers.

6. Security measures

We apply safeguards proportionate to the service, including:

• Controlled server hosting; HTTPS enabled for temporasync.cn and alias domains;
• Inquiry API bound to localhost behind a reverse proxy, with body-size limits and basic rate limiting;
• Least-privilege access to lead data; lead files are not publicly downloadable;
• SSH key-based administration and tightened security-group ports as appropriate.

7. Cross-border transfers

Site content and inquiries are hosted on our chosen cloud instance. When that host is outside mainland China, storage/processing may occur overseas. If you submit personal information from mainland China, a cross-border transfer/storage scenario may apply.

We inform you that the purpose is website hosting and inquiry handling; recipients are the cloud provider and facilities necessary for hosting; we require contractual and access-control protections. If you do not agree to overseas hosting, do not use the form—contact us offline instead.

This site does not additionally transfer visitor IPs to US font/ad vendors via Google Fonts (removed).
